#Syte company driver#
This past September, Syte announced it acquired the fashion and furniture segments of Slyce,Īn American visual search company, in a deal described then by Levy-Ron as “an important driver of growth for Syte as we scale our expansion into the U.S. Levy-Ron spoke about Syte’s future with great passion and zeal, and it seems so far, for good reasons. Of course, there is some pressure, I am the CEO but it is really exciting to have a good team and to be very focused on what we are doing next.” I love the challenge, I love growing companies, I like bringing companies to the next stage. For me, it is not pressure, it is exciting.
We grew by over 60% this year, and we plan on doing the same and more next year. “The company is positioned for long-term growth. You joined the company following its strongest quarter on record, did that add to the pressure? “It does not matter if you are out to discover or be inspired and look for something new, or if you are searching for something very specific, we allow people to search visually and to experience the whole customer journey visually.”
“By doing that we have changed online shopping for the consumers, and for retailers, we are a growth engine,” Levy-Ron said proudly. Thanks to Syte’s technology, leading global brands such as Shein, Farfetch, Prada, Coleman Furniture, De Beers, and Castorama have made their online catalogs clickable, and allow their shoppers to search for products by using images.
